Four Days. Michelin Talent. Legendary Drams. Our Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival 2026 Programme is here.
For four days from 30th April to 3rd May, Craigellachie becomes one of the most exciting addresses in Speyside during the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival 2026. Michelin-starred talent in the kitchen, whisky legends in the glass, and every night the bar alive until the small hours.
Tickets are now live and here’s what’s waiting for you.
Michelin & Malt ft. Robby Jenks (The Samling Hotel)
Thursday 30th April · 7:00pm · GEAMAIR by Pawel Sowa · 15 seats only
Our festival opens with an evening that brings two of Britain’s most celebrated kitchens to one table. Chef Robby Jenks of the acclaimed Samling Hotel joins Chef Pawel Sowa for a dinner crafted in collaboration with Speyburn — an expression that speaks quietly but with great depth.
Expect a menu that honours the landscape of both kitchens: precise, seasonal, and deeply considered. Each course finds its counterpart in the glass, in the way only a night like this allows.
Fifteen seats only. Reserve yours before they’re gone. BUY TICKETS.
Michelin & Malt ft. Antonio Arcieri (Arco by Paco Perez)
Saturday 2nd May · 7:00pm · GEAMAIR by Pawel Sowa · 15 seats only
Two nights later, the baton passes to Antonio Arcieri of Arco by Paco Perez, whose southern European sensibility brings a new dimension to GEAMAIR’s already remarkable kitchen. The evening is crafted in partnership with The Singleton, whose elegance and accessibility lend themselves beautifully to this kind of culinary conversation.
Fifteen seats only. Reserve yours before they’re gone. BUY TICKETS.
Flora & Fauna Tastings
Thursday 30th April & Friday 1st May · 7:00pm – 8:30pm
On Thursday and Friday evenings, we open the doors to an immersive Flora & Fauna tasting — a guided exploration of Diageo’s iconic range of single malt whiskies, each bottle a window into a different corner of Scottish distilling.
From lighter, floral expressions to the more robust and smoky, the Flora & Fauna series has long been a favourite among collectors and curious drinkers alike. This is a tasting that rewards those who want to go deeper. BUY TICKETS.
Highball & Cocktail Masterclasses
30th April – 3rd May · 3:00pm daily · With the Quaich Bar Manager
Every afternoon of the festival, our Quaich Bar Manager leads a hands-on Highball & Cocktail Masterclass. Learn how to build the perfect whisky highball, understand balance and dilution, and leave with a new appreciation for what a great dram can become in the right hands. BUY TICKETS.
Scotch Sounds with Ervin Trykowski
30th April – 3rd May · From 9:00pm nightly
Every night of the festival, The Craigellachie Hotel comes alive with Scotch Sounds hosted by our resident DJ Ervin Trykowski behind the decks. The glow of a dram in hand, the hum of conversation, and the kind of atmosphere that only happens when the right people are in the right place.
The bar stays open. The music plays on. BUY TICKETS.
