GEAMAIR, pronounced ‘Ge-med’, is the Gaelic Scots word for ‘Gamekeeper’, which perfectly reflects our fine-dining concept with bespoke whisky and wine pairing. ‘The Single Malt Chef’ has crafted a seven-course tasting menu celebrating the finest local game, fish and produce from across Speyside, with whisky woven into every dish as a core ingredient, not simply a pairing.
The Spey Inn is our pub in the heart of The Craigellachie Hotel and is the oldest drovers inn in Scotland, dating back to 1703. For over 300 years the Spey Inn has been a place where local fisherman, distillery workers, shepherds and cattle men congregate and share stories, eat, drink and socialise telling their stories of the day.
