Join us for an exclusive dining experience featuring a meticulously paired menu with rare and old expressions of The Singleton, including some treasures not available to taste or purchase in the UK.
Guiding you through the evening will be Global Whisky Ambassador Ervin Trykowski and GB Whisky Ambassador Kirsty Thomson, alongside The Single Malt Chef Pawel Sowa, who will uncover the stories behind these exceptional whiskies.
Flora and Fauna Tasting

Join Global Brand Ambassador Ervin Trykowski as he takes you through the Flora & Fauna range. This range shines a light on some of Diageo’s lesser-known distilleries, which are very much some of the hidden Gems of Speyside.
