GEAMAIR, pronounced ‘Ge-med’, is the Gaelic Scots word for ‘Gamekeeper’, which perfectly reflects our fine-dining concept with bespoke whisky and wine pairing. ‘The Single Malt Chef’ has crafted a seven-course tasting menu celebrating the finest local game, fish and produce from across Speyside, with whisky woven into every dish as a core ingredient, not simply a pairing.

The Spey Inn
The Spey Inn is our pub in the heart of The Craigellachie Hotel and is the oldest drovers inn in Scotland, dating back to 1703. For over 300 years the Spey Inn has been a place where local fisherman, distillery workers, shepherds and cattle men congregate and share stories, eat, drink and socialise telling their stories of the day.

Quaich Bar
The Quaich Bar is one of the world’s most celebrated whisky bars, home to over 700 single malts from across the globe and welcoming guests for over 120 years. Named after the traditional double-handled drinking vessel that symbolises friendship and sharing, it has become a gathering place for whisky lovers from every corner of the globe.
