At the heart of every gathering is an exceptional festive dining experience. Our Festive Menu is crafted by Head Chef Pawel Sowa, The Single Malt Chef, who draws on the rich culinary heritage of Speyside and the finest seasonal Scottish ingredients to create a Christmas feast like no other.
